Designed to be completed within 18 months, this position supports shop management, assists in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. You will work cross-functionally across various departments, supporting administrative tasks and gaining industry knowledge to develop your leadership career.

Range from $50,000 to $55,000, influenced by experience, education, location, and other factors. May include bonuses or incentives.
