Sevita's Joyful Living Adult Day Center in Attleboro is seeking an Operational Program Director to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for adults and older adults. You will lead a compassionate team and shape program goals, policies, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services preferred; not required.
• Administration, Healthcare, Social Work, or related field required.
• Minimum of one year experience with adults with disabilities or older adults.
• Three years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Health program ensuring quality services.
• Lead, coach, and support program staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement goals, policies, and procedures meeting regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with participants, families, providers, and partners to coordinate care.
• Build community relations and outreach to increase awareness and partnerships.
• Manage admissions, transportation coordination, quality improvement, and participant experience.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Health program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services
• Lead, coach, and support program staff through hiring, training, performance management, and professional development
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with participants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support coordinated care and positive outcomes
• Build community relationships and outreach initiatives to increase program awareness, strengthen partnerships, and support program growth
• Manage program operations, including admissions, transportation coordination, quality improvement efforts, and overall participant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services (preferred not required)
• Administration, Healthcare, Social Work, or a related field required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with adults with disabilities or older adults
• Three (3) years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for Adult Day Health programs preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance required
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care
