• Participate in a hands-on, project-based program to gain experience in operations and product flow from start to finish.
• Shadow other employees and work on production line tasks, machine maintenance, scheduling, and related activities.
• Collaborate with production management to maintain an efficient production operation.
• Take ownership of special projects as directed by department and plant managers.
