AJM Packaging Corporation in Vineland, NJ is offering a Warehouse & Logistics Internship to gain hands-on experience across shipping/receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Interns will shadow teams, work on projects, and learn to operate inventory systems while supporting production. The program includes travel to Michigan for official presentations and is designed to develop core logistics skills for a career in supply chain management.

Position Overview –

AJM Packaging Corporation, one of America’s leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls, and bags, is looking to add a Warehouse & Logistics Interns to our Team in Vineland, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in working in various aspects of operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities & Duties –

• In a direct, hands-on capacity, be able to learn, perform and understand all functions involved logistics, warehouse, and inventory required to support needs of production facility.
• Participate in a “hands on,” project-based program to gain experience and knowledge shipping/receiving operations as well as our inventory management software.
• Participation will require everything from “shadowing” other employees to working specific jobs that can range production line work, to machine maintenance to scheduling and more.
• Working directly with logistics team on daily needs required.
• Take ownership of special projects, as directed by warehouse manager and plant manager onsite.

Salary Range: $19-$22 per hour

Minimum Requirements –

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field from an accredited University
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where at times you will be on your feet most of the day in the facility that is not a fully climate-controlled environment.
• Available to travel to Michigan twice for 2-3 days for each the opening & closing presentations of internship.
