Qualifications

  • Less than three years of professional work experience.
  • Interest in a hands-on assignment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering and/or business principles to maximize operating efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate the efforts of experienced technicians to maintain production efficiency.
  • Consult with production and maintenance managers, plant engineers, staff professionals, and outside equipment manufacturers.
  • Select, train, and supervise employees.
  • May require rotating schedules, weekends and holidays.
