Job summary

Jobtailor invites ambitious graduates to join its six-rotation Supply Chain program in the United States. You will complete four mandatory six-month rotations, with an optional fifth, across materials, logistics, procurement program management, and corporate procurement, with periodic moves between selected plants and two relocations.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain with GPA ≥ 3.0.
  • Demonstrated leadership: two examples such as club officer, captain, advisor, or project lead.
  • At least one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business circumstances.
  • Proactive learner eager to gain new information, skills and experiences.
  • Strong collaboration to coordinate efforts and deliver results.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to evaluate options strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Geographically flexible during and after the program.
  • U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Complete four mandatory six-month rotations in Supply Chain.
  • Develop capabilities in lean production, planning, and quality engineering.
  • Build expertise in SIOP, production supervision, and logistics analytics.
  • Rotation-specific focus on materials, procurement program management, logistics, and corporate procurement.
  • Relocate twice during the program as assignments change.
  • Contribute to continuous learning and accelerate professional development.

Job description

  • Complete four mandatory six-month rotations, with an optional fifth rotation, in Supply Chain
  • Develop capabilities in lean production, process improvement, planning and execution, problem-solving, quality engineering, ergonomics and safety, and materials
  • Build expertise in SIOP, production line supervision, productivity tracking, quality, manufacturing engineering, and operational success
  • Materials rotation: focus on production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, and logistics
  • Associate Procurement Program Management rotation: focus on sourcing execution, supplier coordination, cross-functional project support, and procurement program management
  • Logistics rotation: focus on transportation, distribution flow, logistics analytics, and network support to improve service, cost, and delivery performance
  • Corporate Procurement rotation: focus on category strategy, supplier relationships, negotiations, cost management, and value creation
  • Complete rotations at selected manufacturing plants in the United States
  • Relocate twice during the program as assignments change
  • Contribute to continuous learning, broaden functional expertise, and accelerate professional development
Requirements
  • BS/BA in any Engineering discipline, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain, with an overall GPA at or above 3.0, completed prior to ADP start date
  • Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, or exceptional leadership of work projects
  • Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances
  • Eagerness to proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences
  • Ability to work effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, including defining and identifying underlying causes of complex operational issues
  • Ability to strategically evaluate alternative options and make informed decisions
  • Remain geographically flexible during and after completion of the program
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
