About the Role:

The Logistics Development Program is designed to cultivate future leaders in the manufacturing sector by providing comprehensive exposure to all facets of logistics and supply chain management. Minimum Qualifications:

• Juniors, Seniors, or recent grads pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
