  • Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs to measure logistics effectiveness.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

About the Role:

The Logistics Development Program is designed to cultivate future leaders in the manufacturing sector by providing comprehensive exposure to all facets of logistics and supply chain management. Participants will engage in rotational assignments across various departments, gaining hands‑on experience in inventory control, transportation management, procurement, and distribution strategies. The primary goal is to develop a deep understanding of how logistics operations impact manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Through this program, candidates will enhance their problem‑solving, analytical, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, successful completion of the program prepares individuals for advanced roles in logistics management within the manufacturing industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Juniors, Seniors, or recent grads pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
