CBRE is seeking an Operations Management Associate to support day-to-day business operations across multiple segments in New York. You will help coordinate onboarding, vendor relations, and maintain critical records to enable smooth operations.

As a CBRE Operations Management Associate, you will beresponsible for completing day to day business support operations across avariety of business segments.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function.They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations thatsupport the organization’s goals and strategies.
Support employee and vendor onboarding andoffboarding activities.
Coordinate with internal and externalstakeholders to facilitate operational readiness, access requirements, anddocumentation.
Maintain accurate operational records, trackingtools, and supporting documentation.
Assist in resolving operational issues andescalating concerns as appropriate.
Prepare and maintain operational reports,dashboards, and business metrics.
Support data validation, reporting, and analysisactivities.
Gather and analyze information to identifytrends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist business leaders with operationalprojects, reporting requests, and special initiatives.
Support workflow management and operationalcoordination activities.
Identify opportunities to improve operationalefficiency, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder experience.
Assist with process documentation, complianceactivities, and operational reviews.
Support vendor and transaction-relatedadministrative processes as needed
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $30 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $34 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
