Job summary

CBRE in Dallas seeks a Senior Business Operations Coordinator to provide advanced day-to-day operations support for an office or property, coordinating staff functions and processes.

You will handle AP transactions, vendor inquiries, coding expenses, and interdepartmental verifications, while applying standardized procedures under moderate supervision; strong MS Office and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related experience.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills with ability to select solutions without supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate entry and processing of complex AP transactions such as vendor invoices and expense reports.
  • Review vendor invoices, payment inquiries, and identify inconsistencies.
  • Code and allocate expenses within the appropriate system.
  • Act as point of contact for internal departments to obtain necessary verifications from sales professionals on varioud contingencies.
  • Audit billing requests for non-transactions items including client marketing reimbursements or employee reimbursements.
  • Maintain the office property signs inventory and manage installation/removal of signs.
  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems in own work area without supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  • Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices with regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

About the Role

As a CBRE Sr. Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing advanced day-to-day business operations support to an office or property.

This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate the timely entry and processing of complex AP transactions such as vendor invoices and expense
  • reports. Review vendor invoices and payment inquiries and identify inconsistencies.
  • Code and allocate expenses within the appropriate system.
  • Review and enter standard agreements and
  • Point of contact for internal departments to obtain necessary verifications from sales professionals on various
  • contingencies.
  • Audit billing requests for non-transactional items. This includes client marketing reimbursement or employee
  • reimbursement.
  • Maintain the office property signs inventory. This includes ordering the installation and removal of all property
  • signs for the office.

What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of
  • processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available
  • options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
