We are looking for an Operations & Maintenance Inspector with an active Secret Clearance. This position is for an upcoming need, and we are accepting applications for this anticipated role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facility inspections of building systems.
• Conduct condition assessments and inspections.
• Document deficiencies and code violations.
• Estimate remaining useful life of facility components.
• Prepare inspection reports and findings.
• Support QA/QC activities.
• Provide recommendations for repairs and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Associate Degree in Construction Management, Building Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of inspection or facilities assessment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• ICC Certification.
• Certified Building Inspector (CBI).
• Facility Condition Assessment experience.

Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
