You will collaborate with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage vendors, and ensure timely order processing and returns while upholding sustainability values.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics environment preferred (2+ years).
• Proficient with MS Excel and bookkeeping/ERP software; e-commerce experience a major plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication across teams and cultures.
• Detail-oriented with a mindset for continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and GM to schedule shipments.
• Oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment records and inventories; conduct regular audits.
• Bridge office admin and warehouse teams to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain weekly financial records and assist with foundational bookkeeping.
• Liaise with external vendors and manage end-to-end return workflows.
