Job summary

Aurora Parts in Lebanon, IN is seeking an Operations Logistics Coordinator to manage internal and external transportation communications, and address discrepancies while providing on-site support to the warehouse and transportation teams.

You will plan and track shipments, inform of delays, process carrier claims, support sales and customer service with tracking and rate quotes, and assist with TMS setup. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years clerical experience.
• 1–2 years logistics experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision on day-to-day tasks.
