Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: maintenance, repairs, and servicing; maintain fleet records; assist with purchasing.
• Purchasing & Procurement: buy equipment, materials, supplies; communicate with vendors; track orders and documentation.
• Receiving & Inventory Management: receive, inspect, verify shipments; maintain inventory records; organize storage areas; distribute to employees.
• Shipping & Logistics: prepare shipments; generate labels; coordinate deliveries; resolve delays.

Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview

CRV Surveillance is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our daily business operations.

This position plays an important role in keeping our company organized, equipped, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

• Coordinate company vehicle maintenance, repairs, and routine servicing.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, including registrations, insurance, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor vehicle needs and assist with fleet-related purchasing and coordination.

Purchasing & Procurement

• Purchase equipment, materials, supplies, and other items necessary for daily operations.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, orders, and deliveries.
• Track purchase orders, receipts, and purchasing documentation.
• Assist with cost comparisons and identifying purchasing efficiencies.

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Coordinate equipment and material distribution to employees and field technicians.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with resolving issues.

Shipping & Logistics

• Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Generate shipping labels and maintain accurate tracking information.
• Coordinate deliveries and equipment transfers between locations, employees, and job sites.
• Resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and delivery concerns.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Maintain organized records and documentation related to purchasing, inventory, fleet, and shipping.
• Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and field personnel to support operational needs.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and accountability.
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.
