Job summary

CH3 SOLUTIONS LLC in Dalton, GA is seeking an Operations Support to manage daily order processing for UB and RGES, ensuring accuracy and timely communication across Sales and Operations.

You will create daily order packets, verify shipments, generate shipping labels, coordinate carrier pickups, and maintain real-time inventory and order documentation while escalating issues to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in an office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and order-processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily order processing activities for both Ultrabase (UB) and RGES.
• Create, organize, and maintain daily order packets for UB and RGES.
• Pick and pack orders in Dynamic as required.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to processing and shipment.
• Verify parcel and freight orders for accuracy; create shipping labels; schedule carrier pickups.
• Coordinate customer return shipments and ensure required documentation.
• Issue purchase orders for drop-ship items and ensure proper documentation.
• Check in completed orders and file daily UB and RGES orders.
