Job summary

The Operations Support at The Recreational Group will manage daily order workflows for Ultrabase and RGES, ensuring accuracy and timely communication across departments. You will coordinate between Sales and Operations, maintain real-time inventory updates, and handle shipping documentation and labels.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, coordinating carrier pickups, issuing POs for drop-ship items, and ensuring proper documentation and filing of orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of office experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing for Ultrabase and RGES.
• Create, organize, and maintain daily order packets for UB and RGES.
• Pick and pack orders in Dynamic as required.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to processing and shipment.
• Coordinate between Sales and Operations for UB and RGES.
• Verify parcel and freight orders for accuracy and create shipping labels.
