Job summary

TK Elevator is launching its Operations Management Training Program in the United States. The 6-month paid leadership development program combines hands-on experience, technical training, and management exposure to prepare you for a Superintendent role in Service and Repair Operations.

Participants will begin February 2027, with 2 months in Atlanta and 4 months in a local branch, gaining exposure to field service, data analysis, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or trade school diploma with 1 year of field service experience; OR 2+ years of field service experience; OR military service; OR 1+ year of TKE experience.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand mechanical, physical, and spatial principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support technicians, partner with clients to provide excellent customer service, and work directly with Account Managers.
• Lead service and repair operations in a defined geographic area in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Sample activities: visit job sites, conduct quality audits, support technicians, and facilitate safety trainings.
