TK Elevator is offering an Operations Management Training Program designed to fast-track high-potential professionals into leadership roles within our Service and Repair Operations Teams. The program combines hands-on field work, structured training, and management exposure to prepare you for a Superintendent position.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or trade school diploma with 1 year of field service experience.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to master excellent customer service, negotiation, project management, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support technicians and provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Lead service and repair operations in a defined geographic area.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and review quality and safety procedures.
