Job summary

SwiftX Inc. invites applicants to join its Operations Leadership Program as Management Trainees for one year of rotations across warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and support functions.

You'll receive mentorship from experienced leaders, complete four phase rotations, and on success transition into a leadership-track role within the organization. Strong analytical, communication, and bilingual English-Mandarin skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and warehouse learning rotation.
• Participate in hub operations, dispatch coordination, and transportation activities.
• Rotate through data analysis and network planning.
• Lead projects and initiatives during final rotation and transition to leadership role.
