Job summary

SwiftX Inc. seeks motivated Management Trainees for a one-year Operations Leadership Program. The program provides structured training, hands-on experience across warehouse, hub, transportation, data analysis, and support functions, with mentorship from senior leaders. Successful completion leads to leadership-track placements.

Phase-driven rotations cover warehouse learning, hub operations, and cross-functional support, culminating in advanced role placement and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required or expected soon.
• Preferred majors include Supply Chain, Logistics, IE, Business, Economics or Operations Management.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through warehouse, hub, and operations support to learn end-to-end logistics.
• Lead assigned operational initiatives and support KPI achievement.
• Participate in management and leadership development programs.
• Progress to permanent leadership roles after program completion.
