Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training in established program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Maintain product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale customers.
• Perform store administration tasks and communicate with staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Support training and performance management of staff.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager for outside sales when applicable.
