Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering - Operations Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry-level path to a Floorcovering Branch Management role in 18-24 months. You will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business and gain leadership and strategic insight for the store's success.

After completing the 8-week training, you may advance to an Operations Manager role. The program emphasizes sales across multifamily housing, senior living, homebuilder, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to oversee a million-dollar business and contribute to strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers and key market segments.
• Complete store administration tasks and communicate effectively with staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, loss prevention, and security.
• Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints promptly.
• Partner with Branch Manager for outside sales calls to increase market share when applicable.
