Job summary

Synaptic Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Operations Manager role focused on sales operations, customer engagement, team development, and day-to-day campaign execution. You will start with training in client campaigns and retail operations and progressively take on performance tracking, coaching, and operational support.

The position offers direct customer interaction, weekly base pay, and opportunities for commissions, bonuses, and advancement as you grow.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Goal-oriented and able to work in a team environment

• Interested in developing leadership and management skills
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily operations of our sales and marketing campaigns
• Work directly with customers inside partnered retail locations
• Assist with sales, customer acquisition, and brand representation
• Monitor individual and team performance goals
• Help coordinate daily campaign and team activities
• Maintain accurate sales and performance records
• Participate in team meetings and development sessions
• Learn how to coach and support newer team members
• Develop skills in leadership, training, and operational management
