You will learn retail campaigns from the ground up, engage customers, and support campaign operations while developing leadership skills.

The Catalyst Corporation is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to join our growing Oak Brook team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to build experience in sales, marketing, team leadership, and day-to-day business operations.

You’ll begin by learning our retail campaigns from the ground up, including customer engagement, sales, brand representation, and performance tracking. As you develop, you’ll take on additional responsibilities related to team support, training, campaign operations, and leadership.
