Kaizen Management Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Operations Manager. This position is designed for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience across sales operations, customer engagement, team development, and day-to-day campaign execution.

The role begins with direct training in our client campaigns and retail operations so you can understand the business from the ground up. As you develop, you’ll take on additional responsibilities involving performance tracking, team coordination, training, and operational support.
