Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program.
• Learn the basics of the transportation industry and cross-dock operations.
• Observe and assist an Account Manager during customer calls.
• Accompany drivers on local routes to understand the freight process.
• Relocate after program to assume a leadership role in operations.
