Over a 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands-on operational skills and the foundational leadership abilities to fuel long-term career growth. Under a General Manager, you’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience, lead daily operations, grow sales and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and prepare for the Operations Lead role and path to Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
