Mister Car Wash, Inc. invites you to launch a leadership career through the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program.

Over 16 weeks you’ll build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, working with an experienced General Manager. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading daily operations, and growing sales of memberships, with a clear path toward an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leading a team in a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume settings
• Ability to mentor others and promote teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations under a General Manager
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and uphold Mister’s standards
• Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships to grow revenue
• Lead shifts, supervise teammates, and drive accountability
• Collaborate with the leadership team to build confidence and leadership skills
