Mister Car Wash is launching your Leadership Career with the Operations Lead In Training program. Over a 16-week period, you will gain hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities under the guidance of an experienced General Manager.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading daily operations with pace and teamwork, and growing sales and Unlimited Wash Club memberships while preparing for advancement to higher leadership roles through mentorship

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong people skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service setting and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure top-tier guest experiences.
• Promote Mister Car Wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to execute onboarding and training during the program.
• Develop leadership confidence and business acumen through hands-on practice.
