Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn all areas as assigned.
• Communicate with department leaders on training, performance, discipline, compliance and motivation.
• Direct departmental activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Accurately compile and complete daily records of operations goals including downtime, audits, rotations, and yield tracking.
