Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation in Delphi, IN is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our peak season production team on the hot side. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role focused on producing top-quality pork products in a safe environment.

Responsibilities include harvesting, skinning, trimming, cutting and eviscerating meat; operating processing equipment safely; and maintaining cleanliness while adhering to food safety standards. Training is provided and PPE is supplied.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in hot or cold environments.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Harvest, skin, trim, cut and eviscerate meat products.
• Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation protocols.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervision.
