Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree (expected Spring 2028).
• Eligible for a 10-week summer internship (June–August 2027).
• Bachelor's degree – all majors welcome; hospitality/restaurant focus encouraged.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and orientation activities at RBI corporate office.
• Work on a project related to Standards, Execution, Training, or Analytics.
• Spend time in a RBI restaurant to gain frontline insights.
• Present final project findings and recommendations to leadership.
