Job summary

Restaurant Brands International invites a 3rd year student to join a 10-week summer internship in Jacksonville, FL, starting June 2027. You will rotate through onboarding, hands-on restaurant exposure, and a high-impact project approved by our CEO and Leadership team.

You’ll gain operational insight across RBI’s brands, collaborate with teams on Standards, Execution, Training, and Analytics, and present final recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3rd year student striving toward a bachelor’s degree (expected Spring 2028)
• Available to complete a 10 week-summer Internship (June-August 2027)
• Previous restaurant, retail, hotel, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with results-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to conceptualize and present new ideas
• Solid analytical abilities and a structured problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and orientation activities at RBI’s corporate office
• Work on a project assigned during the internship with CEO/Leadership sign-off
• Spend time in a restaurant to understand guest experience and operations
• Present final project findings and recommendations to department leadership
