Job summary

Restaurant Brands International invites students to join a structured 10-week summer internship. You will rotate through onboarding, hands-on restaurant exposure, and a project with leadership sign-off. Expect mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to influence guest experiences.

Strong communication and analytical skills are valued, with a focus on growth and real-world impact. This in-office program requires a 3rd-year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Spring 2028), available June–August

Qualifications

• 3rd year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree (expected Spring 2028).
• Available for a 10 week summer internship (June–August 2027).
• Bachelor’s degree, any major; preferred backgrounds include Restaurant/Hotel Management, Retail, Hospitality, etc.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and hands-on restaurant exposure.
• Work on a project with sign-off from senior leadership.
• Present final project findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver guest and team experiences.
