Job summary

The OLDP at BAE Systems provides a three-year rotational path for recent graduates, with three one-year rotations in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Program & Strategy. You’ll receive mentorship, leadership exposure, and the chance to pursue a Master’s degree under robust tuition assistance.

Rotations are nationwide, with early starts possible at major locations such as York, PA, Louisville, KY or Aiken, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Internship/Co-Op or project experience in related field.
• Willingness to relocate to major locations and pursue graduate study during program.

Responsibilities

• Complete three one-year rotations with increasing responsibility in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Program & Strategy.
• Participate in mentorship, leadership development and cross-functional projects.
• Be open to relocation to different sites and begin master’s degree during the program.
