Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, supply chain, or business.
• Prior leadership experience through internships, co-ops, military service, or related roles.
• Open to new graduates and to current Hydrite employees moving into operations leadership.
• Credibility with a plant floor team; sound judgment under pressure and willingness to work off shifts.
• Willingness to relocate; program open to Hydrite sites and travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Own safety performance for the assigned area and manage daily floor presence.
• Supervise a production or shift team with staffing and coaching responsibilities.
• Learn manufacturing processes in depth to inform operating decisions.
• Lead or contribute to engineering and continuous improvement projects.
• Take on a second assignment in process engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, or EHS.
• Present an annual report at the Operations Managers Meeting.
• Participate in campus recruiting alongside the Early Talent Program.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and the Operations VP on progress and future roles.
