Job summary

Symbotic is seeking high-potential newcomers for its 18-month Operations Development Program in the United States. You will rotate through operational, technical, and customer-facing roles, traveling as needed to build robust leadership experience within our automated distribution platform.

The program targets recent master's graduates with strong analytical and communication skills, plus a demonstrated leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• Entry-level or recent graduate with equivalent work or military experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured 18-month rotational program across operational, technical, and customer-facing functions.
• Gain hands-on experience maintaining and improving the performance of Symbotic's automated systems.
• Develop foundational knowledge across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning and service.
