Job summary

Orchid Workshop in the United States is launching an Operations Leadership Development Program Associate role designed for early‑career engineers. The program rotates across operations, develops leadership and process skills, and targets future site leaders through hands‑on projects.

You'll complete 12‑month assignments, drive improvements in manufacturing processes, lead teams, and present results to North America site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on operations management.
• Internship, co‑op, or research in engineering or manufacturing demonstrating teamwork.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Implement and refine manufacturing processes to meet operational needs for both current and new products.
• Project Leadership: Lead and participate in teams to successfully complete projects focused on productivity, lean initiatives, quality, and new product startups.
• Operational Rotations: Engage in diverse 12-month assignments across technical, supervisory, and project-driven positions within Operations.
• Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership and technical skills through direct involvement in projects that drive high performance within the company’s Operations.
• Executive Presentation: Present outcomes of projects and initiatives to the company’s North America senior leadership team.
