Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or greater preferred.
• Majors such as Business Management, Economics, Finance, Insurance, Liberal Arts, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline.
• Experience with leadership fundamentals such as leading a team or project in a professional/academic/community setting.

Responsibilities

• Operational Effectiveness & Strategy, incl. Process Analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
• Project Leadership with Agile methodologies.
• Data/Analytics using industry-leading tools including AI platforms.
• Technology & Digital Enablement to modernize business platforms.
• Field Office Production environments.
• Collaboration with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and product teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
