Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Majors in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Insurance, Liberal Arts, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and business development projects.
• Assist in process analysis and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, finance, underwriting and product.
• Contribute to data/analytics efforts using modern tools and AI platforms.
