Job summary

Travelers invites motivated students to join the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) internship. You will gain exposure to business operations, strategy, Lean Six Sigma, and agile project leadership while interacting with leadership across functions.

Housing support is available in Hartford, CT, with internships starting early June and running through summer. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Majors in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Insurance, Liberal Arts, Risk Management, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Experience leading teams or projects in professional, academic, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Effectiveness & Strategy initiatives.
• Lead projects using Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to data/analytics initiatives with AI tools.
• Assist in technology & digital enablement projects.
• Engage with field office production environments.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting and product teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
