Core-Mark International is seeking an Operations Manager Development Program candidate to immerse in all facets of distribution center operations. You will gain broad exposure across Warehouse, Transportation, and Facility Operations, building leadership skills, operational expertise, and business acumen to lead a distribution center nationwide.

Relocation is expected upon program completion. The program emphasizes structured coaching, targeted training, and ongoing leadership support to prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret business reports and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Analytical and quantitative skills for financial and operational data.
• Proven problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to relocate upon program completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all distribution center operations for safe, efficient execution.
• Assess staffing and equipment needs to optimize performance and resources.
• Drive labor, expenses, productivity, and service metrics to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventories.
• Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse and transportation teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to review performance and strategic priorities.
• Partner with HR and Risk Management on incidents and safety initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to support customer service.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis.
• Monitor WMS/TMS and reporting tools to identify improvements.
