Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience or equivalent
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business reports and regulatory documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret metrics and forecasts
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced operations
• Willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the program

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all distribution center operations across Warehouse, Transportation, and Facility Operations
• Assess staffing and equipment needs to optimize performance and resource utilization
• Drive operational and financial performance to achieve profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, food safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories
• Recruit, develop, coach, and performance manage team members and leaders
• Collaborate with senior leaders to review performance, investments, and priorities
• Investigate incidents with HR and Risk Management and implement corrective actions
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost reduction
• Utilize WMS/TMS and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive accountability
• Manage operating expenses and labor costs to meet budget and service commitments
• Support on-time delivery and order accuracy as core service objectives
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
