Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience including recent service as a President, General Manager, or equivalent
• Track record of delivering full P&L performance in a warehouse distribution setting
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative professional in a large corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with OpCo President and regional leadership to drive performance across operations, sales, supply chain, transportation, safety and talent management
• Develop a deep understanding of Core-Mark’s business model, culture, and value proposition
• Lead day-to-day distribution center operations ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and financial performance
• Support execution of initiatives to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement
• Analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions
• Participate in structured development experiences and cross-functional exposure to broaden enterprise leadership capabilities
• Foster a performance-based culture balancing results with leadership effectiveness and employee health
