Agropur Cooperative is seeking a high-potential graduate for its Manufacturing & Operations Leadership Development Program in the US. You will rotate through production, maintenance, planning, quality, and continuous improvement while receiving mentorship to build leadership capabilities.
The program emphasizes hands-on experience, data-driven decisions, and the potential to advance to frontline supervisory roles upon completion. Starting salary is $70,000 and relocation support may be available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related technical or business field.
- Internship or project experience in manufacturing/operations preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, campus involvement, or team projects.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate for assignments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in 18-month rotational program across production, maintenance, planning, quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Develop leadership and people-management skills through mentorship and workshops.
- Support process optimization and frontline team coordination.
