Mister Car Wash in Spring, TX is launching the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program—a 16-week, hands-on leadership pathway that builds operational and people-management skills for a fast-growing, customer-focused company.

You’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, lead daily operations, grow sales and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and chart a clear path toward an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and people-skills for coaching and mentoring.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead daily operations, balancing speed, quality and teamwork.
