Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field and 3-5 years safety and operations management experience.
• Experience supervising yard, drivers, and contractors in a service/rental/construction setting.
• Experience with CRM and operations software; knowledge of modular/building industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of yard supervisors, workers and drivers.
• Coordinate scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and multi-sectional set-ups.
• Ensure quality of cleaning, repair, and refurbishment of units per policy.
• Develop safety procedures, incident reporting, and training programs.
• Manage purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory control.
