Job summary

ASCO Equipment is seeking a Yard Associate to support branch operations in Tulsa. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and assist mechanics, sales staff, and drivers in the yard. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and reliable handling of yard tasks.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work in Oklahoma weather, and capable of helping with deliveries and wash bay duties as needed to keep the yard running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work with safety as a primary concern.
• Check customers in and out on the rental yard.
• Assist with drivers loading and unloading.
• Machine inspections inbound and outbound units.
• See that machines are in the correct location, tagged with ready green cards, or red tagged for down machines.
• Communicate with all departments as a team for excellent customer service.
• Responsible for yard maintenance.
• Be self motivated.
• Must be able to work in all Oklahoma weather conditions.
• Assist with small deliveries.
• Assist with wash bay duties for service and sales departments.
