Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in the United States to oversee budgeting, scheduling, space and equipment, and a safety-focused culture. You will ensure people, processes, and technology align to meet customer service standards and drive efficiency across the facility.

Responsibilities include training, performance feedback, coordinating with sales and inventory control, planning long-term labor needs, and driving KPIs related to cost, productivity, and service.

Qualifications

• 5 years warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data sharing.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Continuously improve operational procedures and inventory handling.
• Partner with sales, inventory control, and operations support to ensure product availability.
• Plan long-range labor needs based on sales forecasts and management input.
• Drive KPIs related to cost, productivity, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
