The ideal candidate has eight years of supervisory experience in high‑volume warehouses, budget and project experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with warehouse software.

Qualifications

• Eight years of supervisory or managerial experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience with operating budgets, capital projects, and productivity improvement plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain performance standards for accuracy, productivity, and service levels.
• Implement and monitor KPIs for warehouse throughput, on‑time shipments, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency.
• Lead daily operations meetings to align teams on priorities, safety, and service expectations.
