Job summary

Lime Media is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Materials, Shipping & Receiving, Parts/Procurement, and Facilities, extending support to a second Rockwall location. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to keep projects on time and on budget.

You will supervise two managers, manage budgets, and drive process improvements, while maintaining a strong on-site presence across our two Rockwall facilities to ensure seamless fabrication and activation projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics or production support with leadership experience.
• Experience leading through supervisors and coordinating multiple teams.
• Comfortable with ERP, inventory or purchasing systems and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead two supervisors and Facilities team; set weekly direction based on production schedules.
• Own budgets, labor hours and overtime across four areas; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate on-site operations across two Rockwall locations and support field activations.
